For individuals wishing to improve their skills and experience the atmosphere of competitive sailing, we offer a spot in the crew.
Price: €650 per person per week.
Optional: Czech/Slovak Captain €180/day + food + transport
Boat draw: Boats will be drawn on 1.9.2028
Overnight stays: At the home marina; alternatively, 1–2 nights at anchor, on a mooring buoy, or at a town quay.
Payment terms:
50% deposit of the regatta fee due upon registration.
Remaining 50% balance due no later than 2 months before the start of the regatta.
Cancellation policy:
In the event of withdrawal by the participant, cancellation fees are as follows:
100% if cancelled 0–50 days before the start of the regatta
50% if cancelled 50–300 days before the start of the regatta
0% if the participant is replaced by another person.
Regatta organization:
The regatta is registered with the Croatian Sailing Federation.

Course and Races:
Depending on weather and safety criteria, participating boats will complete two races per day. The specific race course will be determined by the race committee prior to the start of the regatta, based on current weather conditions and forecasts.
The estimated length of each race is 10–50 nautical miles.
Each race may be modified or shortened (using an alternative finish line) depending on weather conditions.
Regatta Schedule:
Saturday – Boat handover/check-in.
Sunday through Thursday – Offshore races. Thursday evening: Results announcement.
Friday – Free day.
Saturday – Boat return/check-out.
Rules and Penalties:
The regatta is governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing, competition regulations, general sailing instructions, and directives issued by the race and jury committees.
Rules 44.1 and 44.2 are modified to require a single turn, including one tack and one gybe.
Regatta scoring: for the regatta to be valid, at least one race must be completed.
a) If 1 to 3 races are completed, a boat's total score is the sum of its scores from all races.
b) If 4 or more races are completed, a boat's total score is the sum of its scores from all races, excluding the score from the worst race.
c) If 8 or more races are completed, a boat's total score is the sum of its scores from all races, excluding the scores from the two worst races.
Scoring system: low-point scoring system (1st place - 1b, 2nd place 2b, etc.)
Advertising: Regatta participants are required to display event sponsor advertising materials—provided by the organizer—in designated locations on their boats. Individual crews are permitted to display their own advertising materials.
